The Bodrum Edition

One of the best experiences I have had at any resort/hotel. The hotel is designed very minimalistic but very classy. The service is top notch. Breakfast…..couldn’t ask for anything better. The views, the rooms, the service all were 5 stars. On top of everything, they take care of their Marriott people. The upgrade left me with a 1200 sq ft room with private pool and the most unbelievable views. The experience was better than I could have hoped for.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the moment you arrive, the staff make sure you are constantly treated like royalty, and assist with anything you need from taxis to activities to reservations. Special thank you to Itmad and Abdullah, who took great care of us throughout our 4 night stay and were just incredible.

I had an extremely negative experience at the Bodrum Edition Hotel in Bodrum, Turkey. The hotel turned out to be unreasonably costly considering what they had promised, including room rates and dining options. Furthermore, they neglected to inform us that taxes were not included.The location of the hotel, squeezed between two other complexes, made the bay feel quite cramped. In the evenings, the noise from live music at nearby beaches was disturbing. The cleanliness of the toilets was abysmal, requiring us to specifically request them to be cleaned. While the staff were generally good, one employee mentioned that they didn't receive a share of the tips due to the large number of kitchen staff. We decided to rent a cabana on the deck for a day, which cost a staggering 1000 euros and only included some fruit and a cheap wine. The majority of the clientele seemed to be from Saudi Arabia, with very few Turkish guests. During check-out, we had to be extremely vigilant to avoid being charged an additional 1000 dollars for no apparent reason. Astonishingly, despite staying for only two nights, we ended up paying nearly the same amount as our previous stay at the much more renowned and popular D Maris hotel. The sea was choppy and lacked clarity, and the small deck area was exclusively reserved for cabana customers.
